On 14 March 2023, the UK Medicines regulator approved an application to reclassify the erectile dysfunction medication Cialis. When marketed asCialis Together(tadalafil 10mg), it will be a ‘P’ (pharmacy) medication, and so available ‘over the counter’ in pharmacies – see. This follows the 2018, ‘P’ classification of (sildenafil 50mg) which has been available OTC, without a prescription, since then.
This decision is good news for men’s health …. Erectile dysfunction can be a debilitating condition, so it’s important men feel they have fast access to quality and legitimate care
Dr Laura Squire, MHRA’s Chief Officer for Healthcare, Quality and Access
Unfortunately, there is a strong black market in the UK for ED medicines, which are often unlicensed or counterfeit. UK Border Force and the MHRA seize millions of pounds of these fake products from criminals annually. This new classification of tadalafil 10mg will enable men who suffer from ED to obtain it safely from a local pharmacy.
Sanofi, the drug manufacturer, is expected to launch Cialis Together later in 2023. Cialis Together will be available to purchase in pharmacies without a prescription by men over 18 with erectile dysfunction. Cialis Together tablets will contain 10mg tadalafil and the maximum pack size will be 8 tablets. Other doses and pack sizes of Cialis and tadalafil will still be available on prescription through doctors and specially trained pharmacists. Before purchase in a pharmacy there must be an assessment with a pharmacist, who will check that Cialis Together is appropriate and safe, or whether consultation with a GP is necessary.
Men suffering with ED will have another treatment option with the convenience of purchasing it in their local pharmacy, including pharmacies found inside supermarkets (eg. Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s). The pharmacist will ask some health questions, may check blood pressure, and will advise on treatment with Cialis Together or Viagra Connect, or the need to consult a GP. Pharmacies usually have a private room for such discussions.
Cialis Together is a 10mg tadalafil product for use at least 30 minutes prior to anticipated sexual activity. Its effects can last. It is not recommended for daily use. The maximum recommended dose of Cialis Together will be one tablet in 24 hours. Prescription Cialis and tadalafil will still be available at different doses.
Dr Fox welcomes the wider access to ED medication for men that Cialis Together classified as a ‘P’ OTC medication will provide. We at Dr Fox are aware of the difficulties men have in discussing ED with their GPs and in accessing ED medication. We know that Cialis is effective and safe for most men and this change provides another option for obtaining ED treatment. Pharmacists are health professionals who are able to give ED advice but they will also know when to refer men who would benefit from a doctor’s assessment. ‘P’ medicines can also be supplied on prescription, and we will offer Cialis Together, when available, alongside our other competitively priced ED products.

In the UK have 3 categories:
My erectile dysfunction has completely disappeared. I was able to get an appointment with my GP about a month after I started taking Cialis Together. I’ve lost all of my confidence and am struggling to get my life back on track. I am currently at the very last day of trying to stop a cold but am struggling with the thought that I may have a cold as I’m going to be losing weight and losing 2% of my body weight per day.
It’s a wonder pill that can make a man feel a sense of euphoria in the bedroom.
In the world of Viagra, it’s been a long time coming. As I look back at it, it’s a wonder pill that is now available in Australia.
But with the price tag of $30 a pop, I can say, well, not bad at all. I’ve heard that Kamagra, and their generic counterparts, are available online.
So, how much of a difference does the difference make?
One of the primary advantages of Viagra is that it’s relatively affordable, which is one of the reasons why it’s so popular in Australia.
Kamagra is also the most common medication used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. It’s a little pink pill, which makes it easy to take, and it’s also very effective for many people, but it’s also less expensive than other medications.
But, while it can be a little expensive, it’s still a good idea to use it as prescribed by your doctor, whether you have health insurance or not. There are many different kinds of Viagra, so you could take them one at a time, or you could combine them into one pill that’s easy to swallow.
You can also use Kamagra to treat a more serious condition, like enlarged prostate, which is a condition in which a man cannot go and exercise. In order to take a Viagra, it’s usually taken on an empty stomach, so it can be taken a day before bedtime. You also need to take it on an empty stomach, and if you need to be in a certain place for sex, you’re supposed to take it on an empty stomach.
The main downside of using Viagra is that it’s not as easy to swallow as other ED medications. You can take a pill, and you need to swallow the pill with water, and you need to swallow it with food. But, that’s not the only downside. The main advantage of using Viagra is that it’s less likely to cause headaches, but you should not have any problems with headaches.
If you’re planning to try it, there are some things you can do. One is to try to make sure it’s safe for you to take. If it’s not, then it could have side effects that could be dangerous to you.
Another thing you can do is to talk to your doctor about any of your options. If you’re taking Kamagra, it’s recommended you talk to your doctor about taking it, even if it’s not the one that’s the best thing for you.
Viagra has been shown to cause some mild side effects. Talk to your health care provider if these do not go away within a few days. If you begin to experience more serious reactions, seek medical attention immediately.
Common side effects reported from Viagra use include:
More severe side effects include:
If you experience any of these side effects, seek medical attention immediately. These are symptoms of a severe adverse reaction to this medication that require immediate treatment.
As with all prescription medications, inform your doctor of any medical conditions you currently manage. Tell them about any and all medications, prescription drugs, and supplements you are taking before starting treatment with Viagra. Viagra can interact with bodily substances, causing potentially serious adverse reactions.
Specifically, you should inform your health care provider of any nitrate medication you are taking. Remember to mention any herbal products you use, especially St. John’s wort.
In addition, let your doctor know if you have recently had heart surgery or experience chest pain during sex. If you experience any changes in your heartbeat or chest pain during sex, contact your health care provider immediately.
asthmaIn as determined by the FDA, sexual activity can be dangerous and could causeight-by-YE headaches; back pain; a headache that's uncomfortable; a headache that gets worse; a headache that lasts more than 4 hours; or a fast or irregular heartbeat. This condition may be accompanied by low blood pressure, dizziness, and as (some may occur at other times). While there is no guarantee that these will occur, they are symptoms of a low blood pressure.
ever hadyzolid side effectsZinc levels are decreased during Viagra treatment, raising a potential warning about the drug. Zinc can be a risk factors for some types of diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. As a result, healthcare providers may recommend a lower dosage of Viagra to prevent this from happening. Additionally, during sexual activity, there may be a decrease in bone mineral density which could affect the quality of life for men with osteoporosis.
pregnancy and nursingIf you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, let your doctor know. Viagra can be used during pregnancy or in nursing women. It is important to do not exceed the recommended dose.
kidney diseaseIf you have kidney disease, you may need to take Viagra with certain medications such as kidney dialysis. Hydration may also be a consideration; Viagra can interfere with this process. Discuss with your health care provider which medications are best suited for you. Some examples of medications that can lower blood pressure are as follows:
If you have kidney disease, you may need to take Viagra with certain medications like kidney dialysis. A lower dose may be more effective. For instance, a single dose of 200 mg or 5 mg should be enough to lower blood pressure.
odn deliveryOngoing medical monitoring to detect changes in blood pressure may be beneficial. Delivery problems can be a sign of a new drug is working effectively. Notably, delivery problems may occur if Viagra is taken with certain medications such as certain HIV protease inhibitors, antacids, multivitamins, or multivitamins.
